How to Add a Custom Livery in Project Motor Racing
Design a custom Project Motor Racing livery with AI, then get it in the game: export the artwork as a .tga, package it as a mod, and enable it locally or publish it through the in-game UGC Portal.
What you'll need
Project Motor Racing
The sim installed, with mods or the UGC Portal available.
Livery UV Template
The car's template from the GIANTS Developer Network (

Design and export
Generate and refine the livery in Ailivery on the car's UV template, then export the artwork.

Save as TGA
Project Motor Racing uses a
.tgatexture for custom liveries. Save or convert the artwork as a.tga. - 3
Package as a mod
Project Motor Racing loads liveries as mods. Package the
.tgainto a mod using the tools and structure described on the GIANTS Developer Network. - 4
Enable and select
Enable the mod locally by placing it in the mods folder, or publish it through the in-game UGC Portal so it appears on ModHub — exact steps and paths can vary by version. Then select the livery in the game.

If the livery doesn't show up
Artwork is not the final file
Ailivery gives you artwork; Project Motor Racing expects a .tga packaged as a mod.
Mod not enabled
Confirm the mod is in the mods folder and enabled, or that its UGC Portal upload has been published.
Livery not selected
After the mod loads, pick the livery for your car in the game.
Design one with AI
Create original artwork in Ailivery and export it as a TGA for Project Motor Racing's mod workflow.
